just plain awful. I placed an order this year for Valentine's Day, roughly two weeks ahead of the holiday. They had a special deal for Valentine's Day that promised a lower price and guaranteed delivery before the big day. I paid nearly 40 bucks for a card with pink confetti, and it showed up almost a week late. To make matters worse, the pictures tore right when I opened the envelope. total garbage.

Hey, I put in my application for a scooter on your site, completed all the bank info and driver's license stuff, and sent everything off. But I haven't received any emails or order confirmation. Can someone please get in touch with me? It's like I never applied at all—no emails, no messages, nothing. I really need some info on this. Thanks, Jess.

Not long ago, I got a clock to send as a surprise for a buddy of mine in Slovakia. It showed up today, and I couldn't be happier. The logo of his company on the front looks fantastic, and I'm really looking forward to handing it over when I see him next month. The service was straightforward, effective, and reasonably priced. Kudos to everyone involved!

I placed an order for Valentine's Day this year a couple of weeks ahead of time. The package didn’t show up. I shot them an email saying, 'Thanks for ruining my V-Day, is this thing on its way?' but got no reply. I filled out all the forms to track it on USPS and discovered it was returned to the sender. I reached out again with that info, but still no response. I’m sure a lot of folks get their stuff, but customer service just doesn’t care. Forget these guys.

I absolutely rate Make It Mine with 5 STARS!!! It turned out to be the ideal present for my husband's birthday! There was a minor hiccup with the popping part, but Make It Mine quickly addressed and fixed the issue. I later ordered one for my nephew's anniversary, and it was a HUGE SUCCESS on July 4th! This company really knows how to treat its customers. The gift is super unique, and I highly recommend others to grab this special Birthday/Anniversary present. I got one for each occasion. It's also a fantastic 'Just Because' gift when you wanna surprise that special person. Folks love seeing their own pictures, and knowing someone took the time to get something so unique always brings a big smile and a burst of laughter. I've been attempting to create a pop box for a week, but the site keeps crashing on me. My boyfriend's birthday is coming up next week, and I think I'm out of time now. Has anyone else experienced the site going down?

I was really impressed with the card and the concept of the picture box. I got one for Father’s Day, and it arrived just two days early, which was spot on! This present is super considerate, and I’m for sure gonna order from this place again.

I really enjoyed my first order. That said, I kinda wish I had been aware that a few images turned out darker than expected. But hey, I still loved it and got the boost I was looking for, lol. Now I'm just waiting on my second order.

I got a pop-up envelope for my husband, who usually doesn't care much for gifts, and he was totally THRILLED! He couldn't believe what the kids picked out for him this Father’s Day! Even the confetti had him all hyped up!

The Make it Mine card for Father's Day truly stole the show. The images featured in the pop-up sections were showcased nicely, but the clip of my partner jumping when the card sprang open is the present that just keeps on giving. I'd suggest this card to anyone who knows a guy with a great sense of humor...and a strong heart :)

I got this for my stepdad for Father's Day, and he was over the moon about it. All the photos turned out great, and the confetti and cubes came out just like they said they would. Plus, the shipping was quicker than I thought it would be. I'm super excited to place more orders. This was just fantastic! My brother even filmed him unboxing it, and it was hilarious.

We got this for my husband who's off for training and would be missing Father’s Day with the family. It was a big success and really made us all chuckle at the ‘surprise’! The whole process was a breeze from beginning to end! From placing the order to the design part. Plus, shipping and delivery were lightning quick too.

I ordered the pop out cards along with the snack box, and let me tell ya, it was an awesome present! It truly brought tons of giggles on Father’s Day, making it memorable! When my husband opened his card, he was joking with the kids about it saying 'pull my finger' (which it doesn’t, by the way). But when he opened it, it smacked him right in the face, and confetti flew everywhere! The kids were cracking up! All he could manage to say was, 'you’re all fired!' 😂
